Why a custom home?
Buying a new home in itself is not an easy task to accomplish. Finding every feature to match exactly what you're looking for can be impossible. Building a custom home allows you to have the home of your dreams without the hassle of shopping for what may not exist.
What if I'm not sure exactly what I want?
Not a problem. With our custom design experience, we can work around your individual needs and desires.
Are you different than other home builders?
Yes we are! By concentrating on custom home building we always have access to the best sub contractors and newest products. In addition, you will deal directly with Lenny Brantley during all phases of construction insuring that your thoughts and ideas are conveyed without being filtered through a project foreman.
How long does it take?
There are many time variables to building any home. Every custom home is unique and has different building conditions but on average the construction time is between 6 to 9 months.
How much do I need to be involved?
As much or as little as you like. You can choose to work closely with every stage of design and construction, or you can sit back and relax until we hand you the key.
